Common questions

How do I install Quizzal?

Install from the Chrome Web Store. After installing, sign in via the toolbar popup.

I'm getting "Sign in failed."

Make sure you're signing in with Google through the extension popup or the website. If it keeps failing, email us at support@quizzal.io and we'll help sort it out.

How do I exclude a domain Quizzal shouldn't see?

Click the Quizzal toolbar icon on that domain and choose Exclude this site. Excluded domains are filtered client-side and never reach our servers.

How do I delete my account?

Email support@quizzal.io with the address you signed in with. We'll remove your account and associated data within 7 days.
